Dr. Buff is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook School of Medicine in Stony Brook, NY. He completed both his fellowship in hematology and oncology and his residency in internal medicine at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Buff joined NHOH in 2007.
